We can give you a hand in renting out your home or apartment. We do this by putting your house or apartment on our website with a clear description and some photos. And in doing so, we allow you to present your asset to potential renters. As soon as we get the information of a new asset, we immediatly start contacting our netwerk to see if we can find a fitting potential renter.
Via a screening process of potential renters we will look for a suitable renter. This renter is then requested to send us a copy of his id together with recent salary slips, which should be able to tell us if he can afford the house/apartment. Aside from that we check what kind of employer the renter has and check his credibility.
After finding a qualified renter, we set up a renters agreement, discuss this with the renter, do an inspection and make a condition report for the house/apartment. Aside from that we will make sure that the first month of rent and the deposit is transferred to your account.
After this you can take over and check the monthly transfer of rent to your account.
